Fresh Start for One of Ontario’s First Legal Cannabis Retailers

Relm Cannabis in Burlington opened its doors on April 1, 2019, and was one of the first legal cannabis retailers in Ontario as owner David Nguyen won the right to apply for a license thanks to his luck in the government-run lottery. To date, the store has served over 1,000,000 customers in Burlington and the surrounding areas.

After a nearly four-month closure due to a burst pipe, Relm Cannabis is back in business and looking to reengage its loyal community.

David Nguyen sat down with Burlington Post to discuss how he’s reestablishing the historic location’s place in what’s now a saturated cannabis market.
